All participants have been informed of abstract review results via email. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or contact the Organizing committee ().

Oral presenters (excluding VSG&B medal or diploma awardees and VSG&B members) should submit the following information at before October 15:

• Full name;
• Affiliation;
• Scientific degree and current position;
• Whether you need an invitation letter (a pdf copy of the letter can be sent via email);
• Whether you would like to attend the banquet which will be held on November 8 after the main session.

Please note that email confirmation is required to permitted to the venue (Moscow, Leninsky pr. 32A, the Blue Hall) on November 8.
